Waivers

All youth teams will need to have signed parental consent waivers brought to the registration tent at least 45 minutes prior to their first game time. 

Individuals under the age of 18 who wish to participate in adult divisions at the tournament will also need a signed waiver at check-in.

Rosters

Please print and completely fill out the roster below.  Then email it to dennis@flagfootballx.com or bring it with you to the fields and turn it in at the check-in booth.  This will expedite the check-in process and you can spend more time warming up rather than filling out paperwork.  Thanks in advance!
